this app is not yet available on desktop. However, desktop users can still use it on an emulator like  Bluestack.  They could also manage their Facebook page using through the normal Facebook website

Once you open the Facebook app, you will be automatically logged in if you are already signed in somewhere on your mobile device. Otherwise login with your Facebook account details.

Once you logged in, Facebook will automatically, recognize pages where you are an admin and add them. You can easily switch between these accounts just by tapping on the menu in the left corner of the screen.
